Founded in 1991, Foshan Sanshui Horizon Chemicals Co., LTD is located in Datang Industrial Park, Sanshui District, Foshan. It is a high-tech enterprise which includes waterborne resin, ink, and paint manufacture.

It is a well-known synthetic resin manufacturing factory in Guangdong Province. It currently covers 20,000 square meters, including 10,000 square meters manufacturing and operating occupancies. It has built six manufactured lines of waterborne acrylic ester synthetic chemicals, manufacturing annually above 10,000 tons and making more than 80,000,000 of gross product per year.
